| Rebecca J. Elkins, President, has over 15
years of experience in Human Resources with the majority of her time spent
in compensation, performance management, employee communication, and HRIS.
Her background includes working with Fortune 500 companies known for excellence
in Human Resources. In addition, she has experience working with leading
companies in several industries including manufacturing (union and non-union),
retail, education/universities, consumer products, travel agencies and
services, high tech, financial services, engineering services, healthcare,
health/fitness, restaurants, and non-profit.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Graceland University. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management from the University of Iowa where she completed her research thesis, “Sexual Harassment in the Workplace”. She holds her SPHR certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management where she serves on the Special Expertise Panel for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits. She is also a member of World at Work (formally, the American Compensation Association). She has presented at the annual World at Work conference, the University of Texas at Dallas, and Dallas Human Resources Association, Inc. In addition, she is frequently sought out by the Wall Street Journal for her insights in the areas of compensation and performance management.
